| Yes like mellbell86 stated a tagged photograph usually has a watermark on them. This is so that anyone who tries to use the photo can't claim it as their "own". That's why some people on here when Lauren pics are posted they ask for unmarked or untagged photos. People like untagged images sometimes to make avi's or siggy's.
That's why I was saying that when photos are posted on the internet untagged they are not really being "claimed" they are simply placed for all to see and all to use. It is always curteousy though to give credit to the person who posted them if you use them on a site.
