I don't get why the bunnies can't get close to each other. I have a vague recollection of some cartoon/movie I've seen in which the same human being can't meet his version from another dimension because it would create some kind of damage in the order of the two different system... I don't know what I'm saying.

MC sitting on a stool, patiently enduring a woman applying makeup to his face.

MC: *sigh* I never get used to wearing makeup.

OS VOICE (MALE): You look great. It takes away the shine.

MC: Who cares if I shine? I'm a scientist, I'm not a--

SHOT:
CU of a rabbit cage. A pair of hands pull a white rabbit out of the cage.

SHOT:
Regular shot of the lab. The hands belong to a woman, who holds the rabbit while MC finishes buttoning up his white lab coat, smoothes it out, then takes the rabbit from the woman. Woman closes the cage and carries it off.

OS VOICE: Turn the rabbit around, please.

SHOT:
CU of the rabbit in MC's arms as he carefully turns it around, revealing the number 15 painted in black on its left side.

OS VOICE: Good.

SHOT:
The rabbit again.

SHOT: A single frame of what looks like Dr. DeGroot, with glasses and beard and all, walking past the camera.

SHOT:
The lab, MC holding the bunny and looking at the camera.

MC: Hello. I'm Dr. Edgar Hallowax, and this is the orientation video for Station 6 of the Dharma Initiative. As you've no doubt--

SHOT:
A single frame of a far shot of the building Alvar Hanso was standing in, in the first orientation video (from 2x03).

SHOT:
The lab, MC and the bunny again.

MC: --surmised, Station 6, or "The Orchid," is not a botanical research--

SHOT:
The lab, closer shot of MC and the bunny.

MC: We apologize for asking you to deceive your family and colleagues. This is, of course, in the interest of their own security.

SHOT:
CU of MC.

MC: The unique properties of this island created a kind of Casimir effect, allowing us to--

SHOT:

MC: The field you have been selected to study is highly volatile, and potentially dangerous. But over the next few minutes we will demonstrate the elaborate safety measures that have been put in place, to ensure that--

An object falls off of a high shelf behind MC.

MC (annoyed): --the hell?

OS VOICE: Hey, what is that? What's going on?

Multiple OS voices start speaking excitedly as the camera ZOOMS IN to the shelf above MC to show, briefly, a white rabbit with the number 15 painted on its left side.

SHOT:
The lab, a bit off to the side, MC looking up at the shelf incredulously; BKGD voices continue.

WOMAN (entering frantically): Oh God, it's 15!

MC: What the HELL!?!?

SHOT:
CU of the Bunny #15 on the high shelf.

SHOT:
CU of MC, holding his own Bunny #15 tight and backing away.

MC (panicked): Don't let 'em near each other!!

The camera pans back and forth between the woman, climbing up the shelf to get the Bunny #15 up there, and the the Bunny #15 in MC's arms.

MC: When did you set the shift?

WOMAN: Negative 20!

OS VOICE (FEMALE): Ten, nine, eight...

MC: How long?

WOMAN: Nine minutes, but we're still learning--

The camera has settled back onto MC, who is glaring into it.

MC: Why is that still running?

OS VOICE (FEMALE): Seven, six...

OS VOICE: You told me to keep the camera running while--

OS VOICE (FEMALE): Five...

MC: Turn it off.

OS VOICE (FEMALE): Four...

MC: TURN IT OFF!!

A beep sound.

SHOT:
An upside-down shot of a man riding a bicycle in what looks like Otherville, but I'm not sure. He looks like he's wearing a Dharma janitor's outfit. This lasts for a few frames.

SHOT:

The lab, MC holding Bunny #15 in his arms and looking at the camera. All seems well.

MC: Hello. I'm Dr. Edgar Hallowax, and this is the orientation video for Station 6 of the Dharma Initiative.

SHOT:
CU of MC's face.

Before he can say more, the film runs off the projector.
