Especially, when O'Reilly told her what Teresa Heinz said ("another 4 more years of hell"- when responding to supporters of the president near the rally she was at) and Laura said that no one likes to be heckled. And, even though she doesn't like to hear bad things about her husband or his campaign - she understands the frustration of trying to support your husband and get him elected. __________________ The game that will define a season is coming.
