Date has been set for the DVD release of Final Draft:
Genius Entertainment gave Fango the scoop on its September 18 DVD release of FINAL DRAFT, a fright flick in the tradition of Stephen King’s THE SHINING and SECRET WINDOW. James Van Der Beek from DAWSON’S CREEK and CLIVE BARKER’S THE PLAGUE stars as a screenwriter who locks himself in his apartment to overcome a case of writer’s block that’s crippling an important assignment. He’s been using characters from his own past in his scenario, including a deformed clown—and his self-imposed imprisonment leads him to experience scary hallucinations—or are they real? Directed by Jonathan Dueck, the unrated feature will be presented in anamorphic widescreen with Dolby Digital 5.1 audio, plus a making-of featurette and a music video.
