| I'm going to fix the links in the first post, they are not working since they link threads in the old forum.
Vbrush has a large list of brushes bad tutorials. If I'm not wrong PSP7 brushes also work on PSP8. The only difference is that PSP8 allow larger brushes.
ETA: Ok, there is a thread on the Fanart board about brushes
