I really see no similarity, ok is it because I haven't really watched the OC? I guess, but OC and OTH is more similar than these two. But then even if it was like the same show (which I totally don't think it is) who cares? Romeo and Juliet was a copy of the Greek Myth Pyramus and Thisbe, but look at how much of a hit Romeo and Juliet is.
Only similarities would really be, drama, on fox, and both have Amanda on their shows, but nothing more too my point of view.
