| Our "friendship" thread was never a friendship thread, and we've never claimed it - that's why it doesn't say "Mavie friendship thread" at the title. The majorty of the posters in it would like to see more than a friendship there in another world. We had some people there who only liked their friendship who with time stopped posting. One of them actually still posts and never complains that we're getting too weird or creep her out. The only reason I said she shouldn't lurk is because I know for a fact she's not a fan of the couple I was talking about. By all means, we welcome people to the thread and if they make it clear they're only there for their friendship we try to make it as comfortable as possible for them.
I can't please everyone, and if someone who isn't even posting at the thread I'm talking about think I'm creepy and weird - by all means. I won't edit my posts in that specific thread to please them, though.
We don't count the Mavie thread as a romance thread, but just because some people might only want to ship their friendship doesn't mean we should stop all "beyond talks" just to make it more open to everyone, especially when we do discuss their friendship as well.
I just don't get why all of a sudden everybody reminded to backlash on us Maviers. |
