I have read it actually, and I totally agree. After hours of scouring that site, "Apprentice" definitely proved to be the diamond in the rough. I don't mind the lack of CoR in Riddick fic -- as much as I loved the movie, it seemed kinda random with relation to the PB story line. Maybe that was the point but...whatever.
I'd also have to rec a few fics myself:
"The Faithful" and "Three for the Money" by Jules
I found these two fics to be the best R/J fics I've ever read. Both characters are represented so well, and the plots she creates are very interesting. Plus, there's good R/J action, some of the best I've seen.

Convince Me, which I have found to be one of the best R/J's as well. I could go on for hours, but those are some of the ones I've come across over the past couple of months.
