Parker Posey is incredibly annoying in Jezebel James. She is completely unable to do what ASP would really expect her to do or what ASP said she could do. She has no emotion, no personality. Every scene is like watching the same action/reaction/emotion over and over. To top it all off, her voice is like listening to someone scratch his/her nails down a blackboard. Not to mention that Parker Posey is also incredibly rude in person.
The only thing that makes Jezebel James somewhat worth it is Lauren Ambrose. Unfortunately she is only in the last few scenes of the pilot. However, her few minutes on screen are the only thing that make this comedy worth anything. Too bad she isn't playing the lead.
