| I actually didn't need to hear them say they were taking the boat trip together - I completely assume they do - the set up for it was done over the course of a few episodes - They will stay in the hotels he booked and sit out on the deck of Barnicle Billy's - I have no doubt about it.
I was actually surprised they had Luke give her the necklace, so many times things just disappear from the show - and, in my head I can imagine that they also actually talked in the scene in which he gave her the necklace; she probably admitted the song did mean something, etc. I guess I would have liked to see it but my dislike of DR as a writer may have written it like crap and then I'd be disappointed. So, I'm fine having that scene done in my head.
I'll miss all the characters, but Luke is the only one I'll feel sad about not seeing again. |
