| I often wondered if the network had anything to do with his decision to "tone things back." They were always so gung ho about a season eight (until they suddenly "had enough programming" and didn't need GG anymore yeah right) that they didn't want the season to end with too much closure. Then again, I have no clue if they have that power over a showrunner. Quote:
