Well, at least you guys got a kiss at the end; I all got was a big bowl of nothing. | Oy, GEORGE, I've been reading your posts, and I feel your pain. I'm with you completely, it's so sad. I wish I could make sense of destroying R/L in the penultimate episode, or the way it was done.
There's no explanation to that or the way LL were written as if they learned nothing till the last sweeping moment, even given high chances there would be a partial season eight. This season was not written as the only way it should've been written - that it's the very last one. It was irresponsible and arrogant and foolish to write it any other way, as they did.
This show deserved a prolonged, grand period of farewells and celebration. So sad.
Has anyone even seen the CW really promoting the finale during broadcasts? How will the show get a proper farewell. And I feel sorry for all involved with the show who will also never get the proper send off after seven full years, with no series wrap party. |
