Scott seems to be safe for the moment. I posted this yesterday, but my friend's source told me the following:
"SP has a holding clause in his current contract; so he will be fine as Warner’s has to find him another series."
This might have been a selling point for SP when CW was uncertain of a Season 8 last year. Remember, during Season 6, there was some controversy/concern that SP would not sign for Season 7. I remember MA making a big deal outta it. Looks like the people looking out after SP -- did their job well. Let's hope that CW finds him something very soon - though I'm not real happy with CW or Warner Bros. at the moment.
