Is it just me or do L/L seem somewhat color coordinated in the bar scene - I can't tell what color Lorelai's blouse is - but, it seems to be the same family of color as Luke's - I may be stretching, but I so want a nod to the color coordination. It was one of the sweetest things about this series - I knew people who watched for years and never noticed until I pointed it out - but once they saw it, you couldn't help noticing it all the time.

It is funny that a lot of us were wondering whether the hat would even be mentioned and here we got an episode that had it has a main theme - nice.
