| Quote: | Reading over some of the - ahem - more interesting posts of the last few days got me thinking about why I am more sympathetic to Lorelai than I have been in a long time. In spite of the stupidity of her marrying Chis, I still find her more appealing this season. ASP just made her so awful last year with Rory, and the rift, and then she was such a weenie with Luke....

That's funny though, because today I watched a bit of You've Been Gilmored and remembered how much I love parts of season 6. I still think, overall, it was better than season 7. Content aside, the execution and writing was better.
But I agree; I like Lorelai in these past few episodes (not that I ever don't like her...). When she was with Christopher, I felt as if she was very much consumed by relationship-ness, and she lost her spark. Now that she's single, it's back, and I'm positive it will stay there even when she *marries* Luke. He just brings that out in her. __________________ When you figure out love is all that matters after all
