I think it would be ridiculous to think that Brian could've hide his health problems from Justin. Like
Jenn mentioned Justin noticed something was wrong even before the operation. I think that's why he didn't make a bigger scene when Brian suddenly announced his solitary trip to Ibiza. He probably had a feeling that it was an excuse.
