I think LG's reservations could involve every other storyline/character, since her character (Lorelai) will probably share scenes/storylines with almost everyone in the episode.
But if I recall, the first time we read/heard about LG having a say in scripts came from Ausiello in the beginning of this season. To me, more than anything, this only shows how different DR and ASP deal with the show.
