Just a little melancholy. | I wish I was just a little melancholy.  It feels real now. It's never felt real to me one way or another before, but now it feels real, like it's really ending. Damn it, not only am I so attached to LL, but I grew up with Rory, Lane and Paris. I honestly cannot look back and remember a time without the Gilmores, and I'm just not ready to say good-bye to all of them.

| I don't really think it's strange. I think that Luke putting on the cap is like a representation that he's ready to let her in again (whether his intentions are just a friendship or if they're more). I think the apologies will be a turning point as far as them opening up and starting over. But after the fight, Luke probably still won't think that anything could happen again between him and Lorelai. Something must happen in ep. 19 or 20 that really makes him think that he can have her in his life again, and therefore he'd put on the cap. |
