Maybe I'm too much of a sentimental person, but it seems like they are trying to get rid of anything that holds any sentimental value for Luke and Lorelai and I'm not sure how I feel about that. Yeah, I think they hold onto the past far too much, but can't they learn to let go without getting rid of everything that was important to them?
