| Quote: | Well, after countless episodes, I am now convinced they are never going to give Luke another witty, funny word to say. Everyone else is getting marginaly amusing lines that could provoke some smiles, but Luke - nothing but droll and dry. I don't get it - what are these writers afraid of? Luke used to have some of the funniest stuff in this show since the beginning - now, it's like they can't figure out how to write for him.
d. | I have to agree Luke was the most serious and in a sad way - especially when he saw Lorelai - it was sweet but not like they had ever been together before
and they are hitting us over our heads with changes stuff
but overall this was a great ep - The old Lorelai is slowly coming back and I embrace it - I think DS really didn't fit into the show and DSR didn't know how to write anyone with him which in turn imo made LG really awful
this felt like an ep from the first or second season |
