They got in it because of passion. To say someone that maybe has lost her passion for something should stay because other people will lose their job security, that's a tenuious reason. No one has the right to a job. Certainly not in that business. They all know that, and have made the decision that doing what they do is more important than job security. Most people I've known in it are grateful for a semblance of job security when they've had it, but it's not something they expect or take for granted.
A S8 w/o Rory or Rory lite sounds like a disaster to me. |
