Alright, haha, I know I'm way late, and others have done this also, but I didn't write all this for nothing

Lorelai and Babette are carrying a huge fake plant outside from Lorelai's house, taking it to Babette's, and Lorelai's phone is ringing, she ignores it. Then the inside phone starts ringing, and she ignores it too. Babette is saying she hasn't seen Chris lately. Lorelai says his work keeps him busy. The cell rings again, and she finally puts the plant down and answers it. It's Rory. She says she's on her way, and leaves immediately. Babette calls Morey to help with the plant.
Rory is sitting in the waiting room of the hospital all by herself. Her cell is ringing, and she's just staring into space, ignoring it. Finally someone else asks her if her phone is ringing. She says sorry and picks it up. It's Lorelai, just arriving at the hospital, wondering where Rory is. Rory says she is in the Cardiac intensive care unit waiting room. Lorelai thinks she is in the right place, but they don't see each other. There is a red line painted on the floor that Lorelai follows to get to Rory.
Rory tells Lorelai they are doing blood tests and an EKG, another one, since they need to determine how much damage it caused. It was a mild heart attack. Rory explains the tests to Lorelai in great detail, obviously trying to be strong. Lorelai stops her and hugs her, and says it's going to be OK.
Lorelai is leaving a message for Chris, not the first apparently. She says Richard had a heart attack, and where they are at the hospital, and asks him to call.
She goes back to sit with Rory, and Rory has the table full of snacks, since she says she couldn't choose. Lorelai says Emily is on her way. She didn't talk to her, but she was at the club, and they had let her know. Rory asks about Chris, and Lorelai says he hasn't got her messages yet, but hell come when he does. They discuss the snacks and both decide they aren't hungry.
Rory says it feels like a nightmare, and Lorelai agrees. Then Lorelai say it's not, because she never wears shoes in her dreams. Rory wonders what the no shoes thing means.
The Doctor comes to greet them. Says he conscious and not in pain. They have sent him for an angiogram to tell where the blockage is, and where to go from there. Lorelai asks where they would go, and the doctor says if it's serious, he will need emergency bypass surgery. He promises to let them know right away, Lorelai and Rory look shaken, and thank the doctor.
Emily then arrives and immediately asks if they've seen him. She's very forceful. They say no, and Emily says nonsense, she will her see husband NOW. The nurse says the same thing that Rory and Lorelai did, he's having a test done, but she can see him after. Emily rants to the nurse about her being far too chipper, saying she should be a weather girl or teacher. Then complains about competent people to Rory and Lorelai. Lorelai tries to calm her down by offering her a cup of tea. Emily doesn't want tea, she wants competent people to do their jobs. But it's too much to ask for. Then Rory suggests snacks, and Emily ignores her, and starts ranting about the people at the club.
Emily is ticked it took them 40 minutes to find her at the club. If she would have had her cell, but no, they were banned at the club because of noise pollution. Rory says that terrible. Then she starts on the guy she was playing tennis with. After that, she moves on to ranting about drug deals happening at the club, Lorelai says she doubts it, but Emily is saying the place has gone to the dogs, and rants some more, about the food etc.
While Emily is ranting, Logan arrives, and stands quietly waiting for a minute to break into the convo. Rory gets up and goes to him, they hug. He waves to Lorelai, and finally when he can get a word in, he says he's very sorry, and asks if there's anything he can do. He offers a cup of tea, Lorelai says she just asked, and Emily said no, but Emily makes a big deal about saying yes.
When Logan leaves Emily tells Rory she is very lucky, he's very thoughtful, one of the good ones. Rory agrees.
Then Emily notices Chris isn't there, Lorelai says he's on his way, but before Emily can quiz her, the doctor comes back.
The blockage is worse then they thought, they need to do a bypass. (scene from DC) They says they want to see him, and follow the doctor to his room. Emily asks if he is doing the surgery. The doctor says yes, and Emily quizzes him on his schooling. He is now chief. He leaves them, and says a nurse will be by shortly. Rory and Emily go right in, but Lorelai hangs back for a second, then goes in the room.
Emily tells Richard about the surgeon. He is awake and alert, and putting up with Emily fine. Richard apologises for scaring Rory. Lorelai asks how he is. Richard says he would rather be in Philadelphia. Lorelai goes on about how great Philly is. Emily and Lorelai fight over giving Richard a pillow.
Richard interrupts them, talking about Tuscon. Saying that he hates it there, but he would even rather be there.
