Maybe things are different in Canada. | You mean if the New Haven hospital had its very own high-risk Obstetrics specialist (ala Addison Montgomery (not Shepherd, LOL.) Yes, such a specialist would attract complicated pregnacies and high-risk deliveries from all over the state (and perhaps country, pending on the skill/fame/ability of the OB-GYN.)
