| Even still in this episode both Rory and Sookie say something about how the letter must be hard to do because of Luke stuff - and both times, Lorelai denies there is any of that involved in her difficulty in writing the letter.
So, since she seems to have never really faced her hurt/anger, etc about the break up - not in a way that seemed to be truly dealing with it - instead zooming into this ridiculous marriage - I'm hoping that Chris really pushes her in the next episode about her feelings in a way that makes her finally really face her feelings, have her say some things that she really needs to say so she can finally get her head out of the sand.
Confrontations like that can finally open a long closed can of worms and I really hope that's the beginning of her true epiphany. |
