I believe icy Tiger once compared Chris to the Holocaust. (To be fair, I could be wrong, but I think it was her and the comparison was vile)

The hypocrisy that permeates this thread is really ....jaw dropping. I've had my ass kicked hard in this thread and not one single solitary SOPHIE ever said anything about it except how great it was that I was getting my ass kicked.

Chris is a jerk. Every time my husband sees him on screen - he says :that jerk again??!! He doesn't feel sorry for Chris at all. And I've had my own heart stomped on, too, and I don't feel sorry for him.

How bout you and your crowd stop acting like you are the only ones allowed to be fans of Rory and Logan. I am as big ****ing fan of those two as you are, and in part because of my great fondness for Rory, I don't like her lazy, good for nothing father who had "other commitments" all during her youth. In fact. I don't see how you can call yourself a true Rory fan if you think Chris is really a great guy with a good heart.

truth be told. LL have the bigger storyline this season. people who have the opportunity to get to know something ask for it (especially when they are JJs) plus you only get to know the news your source tells you.

What I would be concerned with is Rory making the same mistake her mother is making because of the relationship she has had with her father. She was angry at Logan and wrote a scathing article about people like him (and her) instead of dealing with him directly. In many ways I see Logan being good for Rory, but I hope he does not become her reason for exsiting as marriage had become for her mom. So it is also my hope that Lorelai has some alone time and begins to like herself again, this however would not come at a small price for Christopher and herself, because I do not see Christopher as being anymore selfaware as the lot of them. But I hope he will come to see that what he wanted was never what Lorelai wanted, even at sixteen.
