I call violence when he has been rude with the dinner customers, when he broke the bike road, sometimes when he talks with Taylor, etc.. the way how he took the boat from Lorelai's garage was rude too, the way how he talked to Lorelai in front of Jackson and Sookie when Chris called, etc. He is a good guy, I know that he is, but he has temper issues. It is my opinion of course.
