| Quote: | Huh? Why bring this up again? He wasn't lying to Rory then. He actually, honestly thought they were broken up. That is what he said to her...them not speaking to each other, her not going with him, he thought that was what it was, a break-up.
It doesn't have to be Logan who will tell Lucy; I wish it weren't Logan. But Marty and Rory are not telling the truth.
What it will accomplish is the truth coming out, the truth setting Lucy free, so to speak, Rory not having to go on with the sham, and Logan not having to lie as well and going along with the pretense.
I only mentioned Chris/Luke punching each other because people seem to be getting immense glee out of seeing one or the other get his "due". Punching is the least mature of ways to get back at someone if you're upset with him...and yet people celebrated that. And now, people are expecting Logan to be "mature" and everything and thinking him wrong for giving Marty his comeuppance. I would rather Logan reveal the truth than him and Marty throwing punches at each other!
Logan is NOT doing this to hurt Lucy, it was MARTY who hurt Lucy with the lie. And it is now MARTY who should fix things with Lucy (and Rory). HE is the one accountable/responsible for this whole mess. | If Logan had always been looking out for people to get the truth why not be more clear to Rory, not only assuming things.
As I said countless times before, Logan won’t have to go along with the lie, but could confront Marty it, but as it seems he doesn’t care about Lucy’s feelings in this, only his own.
I’m one of those people who enjoyed the punch, I know it’s not the right thing to do, still I enjoyed it. But I don’t recall Chris or Luke hitting Lorelai, Logan is only hurting Lucy.
Yes Marty should fix things with Lucy, but Logan won’t give him the chance to do so.
Now I really need some sleep. |
