If it hasn't already been mentioned (and if it has, ignore me, lol)

Caroline is the "chicken walker." In the scene just before she does her chicken dance, she's been tugging at another girls arm, Emily yells at her, Caroline looks at her nervously. Emily informs her that they do not grope their dinner partners. Caroline apologizes. Then there is some blacked out stage direction. Michel ( I think) is marveling the girls style from behind the desk as Emily leads them around. Then it goes into the chicken walking/chutzpah scene.

Oh yeah.. Emily has the little girls in a single file, teaching them how to "glide."
