To be honest, the symptoms weren't really any worse than the last time I got sick from something, which was years ago. What's funny is that the last couple of times I've gotten sick I had no respiratory symptoms. It was always fever, headache, and body aches. No coughing, sore throat or stuffy nose. I haven't had those in a long time. And I didn't get sick once during the entire pandemic. I've gotten sick in several of the previous years, but not in 2020 or 2021.
