I mean the blue part that was one of the cloths that he was wrapped in when he was inside the ship.
Yeah, well that's where Lois & Clark deviated from the comics and the original movie. Martha Kent made his suit entirely on her own without any special materials. Clark didn't learn who and what he was until after the ship was discovered.
