It could explain the Mutant resurrections, Wanda being labeled as the pretender, Mutants # 1 enemy, etc. etc.
Like the Mutant resurrections could be seen as her restoring the Mutant race that she removed. Her labeled as the pretender, Mutants # 1 enemy could be seen as her keeping anyone from suspecting it's her.
Also having her involved with The X-Men would be better than whatever they keep trying to do with the mumbo jumbo with Strange.
Shoot, the fact that The Avengers have to be tied to The X-Men stuff like The Phoenix maybe shows what Marvel really thinks of The Avengers.
