Mitch: (getting off Gail and helping her up) No, no, no. We were just going over the possible renovations for the home.
Gail: (laughing) You're dying on the vine, dear.
Jen: (laughing) Later, Mrs. Leery. Mr. Leery. (Dawson and Jen walk out)
Mitch: (walking up the stairs, with Gail following behind) You said you checked the rooms.
Gail: I did.
Mitch: You didn't check the dark room.
Gail: I didn't count the dark room.
Mitch: From now, the dark room counts.
