Charlie and Owen pretty much confirmed it during a stream. Some say they were joking, but some say they where not. But also take the hints in the show is also a confirmation for me. With them holding hands in ep 2 when Ray walks in to Julie's room (was little bit awkward) and the way Luke says he is happy for Alex that Alex has a crush on Willie.
