Dylan was so sweet, assuring and comforting towards Brenda in that episode. I have never seen Dylan display that kind of affection towards any of the other girls that he dated on the show.

That was a great episode for their relationship.
It proved that Dylan isn't going to turn away from their problems or if Brenda is sick or suffering. It showed a level of commitment from him that we hadn't seen since the 'It's Just A Test' episode in season 1.
