| I read After the Abduction by Sabrina Jeffries and I didn't like it all that much. I might try reading the next book in the series because I want to know more about the hero's brother, but if I don't like that one either, then I might give up on this author.
I also read Julia Quinn's Bridgerton second epilogues for The Viscount Who Loved Me and It's in His Kiss. The first one was okay, but I didn't like the rivalry between Kate and Anthony (I never really liked Anthony all that much anyway), but Colin and Penelope were in it and I thought they were the best part of the story. The second one was sweet and it answered a question from the end of the book. I want a book about Hyacinth's daughter now because I love her.
Now I'm reading Sex, Lies, and Online Dating by Rachel Gibson. I highly recommend her to fans of funny contemporary romance. She's been compared to Jennifer Crusie (who I have to try and thankfully, my library has a few of her books) and Susan Elizabeth Phillips (I have four of her books in my TBR) |
