Chris - he actually scheduled a dinner for me at 4 pm... so I should be getting a pick up call in a half hour or so
and true... tomatoes even diced or sliced can be hard to store overnight

I got a pizza from a restaurant for the first time in a long time... and then waitress offed me cheese cake and didn't say if it was for free or not... but my friend said...just get it!! So I did... So my birthday evening and of course people wishing me Happy birthday made my birthday a good one
