They said they were doing something together (not sure if it's a movie) so they've been hanging out but since then I haven't seen any more pics plus Chris has always been single for a while and now he's suddenly out in the open and "dating" Lily? So fans are saying that it's all "for show". I don't know though as I don't really follow Evans closely and I only knew about it because a friend of mine is a huge Evans fan.
