Yeah, he definitely looks like a different person when he was in the OC. The only reason you know that it is him is when he actually talks.
because with the long hair, you wouldn't think that it was him. And fun fact, he actually was credited as "Will Bethel" on the OC. When I saw that I was sooo shocked.
