On the account? I can on tumblr. If I changed the instagram account to a business account I can follow my statistics. I've played with the idea but I think I have to reach 10,000 followers to be able to have some of the features I'd want, like being able to post a link in a story, etc. I just reached 8,000 and I vividly remember showing a few of my friends the account for the first time last summer and they were my 6,000th and 6,001 follower. So gained 2,000 followers in the last year. Here's to 2,000 more in the next.
