She was still pregnant during the filming of Ascension from what I remember, I think they talked in the commentary about it being difficult to film Scully in the trunk of the car when she was abducted? I guess she didn’t have to film many scenes in that one at least, but geez it just seems so inhumane that she didn’t get a few months off to spend with her newborn. The filming schedule for The X-Files was crazy with 25 episodes, it doesn’t look like they even had much of a Xmas break compared to shows today taking well over a month off
