Yes, I know that feeling, my tv is always on when I'm in my room, if I go to the living, it's on too. I got this habit while staying up late at night for studying since I hate being alone or too much silence - but I think this is a good habit, although expensive perhaps lol

Nooo, my job isn't demanding at all, and after eight hours of working I'm totally free of it, it's just other stuff keep me busy, primarily friends and my family. Some times a lot is happening and I don't have any strenght to focus on a book later in the day.
It's true that internet does distract me too, a lot.
