Okay, now I see my mistake. Thank you. I will edit from now on. I think the poetry will take a somewhat different turn now. I do know that there is one that I wrote just to shock people because they thought they had me pegged. It worked.

I always thought
We belonged together
I always thought
We would be forever
I know now I was wrong
I know it isn’t true
If it were true it would be us
Not her and you
You said it’s what you wanted
That you wanted out
Explain why it is
You seem to have so many doubts
Our love was rare
So special and true
Know that I will forever treasure
The love I had with you
