Checking in. How’s everyone doing? Weirdest times ever right? This is one of the rare moments where I get out of the house to take the dog for a walk or go for a run. Not much going on. But that’s the point of flattening the curve and social distancing. Here in NY the virus has hit us hard. The streets are empty and the stores are closed. Which makes me happy because people are doing their part to prevent the spread. I’m grateful for all of the heath care workers, first responders, and grocery store employees on the front lines.
This is the one of time in life where we all get to hit the pause button. Take time to reflect, self improve, and check in with friends and family. Stay home. Stay positive. We’ll get through this together.
