Exactly. Then when she explained to Pacey that he made her feel safe and she loved how gentle he was with her, that would be the things she remembers. I agree he approached it the wrong way but he wanted to communicate with her that she was okay and enjoyed it. Also, it's always awkward after your first time *shrugs*
